However, you don’t need to worry—we’ll send you photos of the finished product for your approval before shipping.

We generally do not support returns or exchanges unless there is a significant product issue that affects its usability. As these are adult products, they cannot be resold, and the logistics costs are substantial. However, in cases of minor issues or if certain customizations were not completed as requested but do not affect functionality, we may offer partial refunds.
In most cases, cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed. This is because the factory begins preparing materials and production immediately, and cancellation fees for materials and labor will apply. If the factory does not permit cancellation, we may be unable to fulfill the request. However, we will do our best to negotiate an optimal solution for you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
Our prices are lower because we order directly from the factory, ensuring the lowest factory pricing. This also allows us to maintain stricter quality control and provide you with better guarantees of authenticity and reliability.
If the product is damaged during transit, we will coordinate with the shipping company to file a claim for compensation. In cases where the damage significantly affects the usability of the product, we will work with the factory to arrange a replacement for you. For minor issues, we will provide partial compensation, and you may attempt to repair the damage yourself.
